I've seen the grounds being manicured and I enjoy an excellent view. Our management has many years of experience and it obvious when it comes to improvements. All of the equipment is new in the last year or so and the washer and dryers in our community are all new this year. We have a professional security service which makes me feel safe as they patrol throughout the night. Brittany Bay has been and continues to be an excellent place to live.
Our neighbors respect one another and it is one of the things that makes living here a pleasure. The office staff is courteous, helpful and professional, especially Patrice. Since the beginning of my lease, she is always positive and contributes excellent customer service. Any time I've had a maintenance issue, their staff has addressed it in a very timely manner and have corrected the problem.

It takes multiple phone calls to get someone out for an issue, and they can't fix it the first time. They don't notify you when they are coming into your apartment , they don't leave a work order, unless you complain enough, but 9/10 they don't leave an order. I have had someone come in the apartment twice when I was asleep (didn't know they were coming) and once when I was in the shower (again, didn't know they were coming). They can never fix the issues the first time because their men have little to no experience as handymen and are not trained. They have broken stuff in my apartment, they have come in and tampered with things I did not request to be fixed. NEVER in my life have I met such a petty group of people, clearly they are not cut out for this line of work.

Washers and dryer’s are always broken, laundry rooms a mess, I don’t think it’s been cleaned or sanitized in years. Most of the walkways and sidewalks flood when it rains and you have to walk in the grass. The rails for stairs are shaky, stairs are not symmetrical and actually loose. Bats live in holes on the outside of the buildings. There is one maybe 2 who actually know how to fix things and know what good work ethic is. The others ride around golf carts and drive to the local gas station for beer, cigarettes, dip in the middle of the day, several, several times.
Our location provides you easy access to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg, via I-275 or the Bay Bridges. Come see Largo's best-kept secret, where value and service cannot be beaten. And for someone who works from home, it’s not very practical to be on a business call when someone is hammering the side of my building. The office staff is incompetent, their matieance guys have no clue what they are doing, and the managers in the office are petty children at best.
