You can’t have more than one plant, chair on your balcony. I don’t have kids and all my outlets are coming off the wall, paint is peeling off to reveal paint underneath. The smell of marijuana reeks from every apartment. So if you are a druggie, low life and have drama, like to yell and fight this is the place for you. Both sinks were leaking water underneath, tub wouldn’t drain, electrical outlets were old and too loose to use, and my A/C unit was absolutely disgusting.
